  • Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role based in Atlanta, GA. The Peer Support Specialist will work directly with individuals to provide emotional support, guidance, and understanding based on shared experiences. Responsibilities include assisting individuals in navigating challenges, offering practical resources, facilitating group discussions, and empowering participants to achieve their personal goals. Collaboration with team members, active communication with clients, and maintaining accurate documentation are essential aspects of this role.

    Qualifications

    • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating situations and identifying effective solutions

    • Strong communication skills to effectively listen to clients and convey essential information.

    • Customer support and technical support skills to assist individuals with accessing resources and navigating systems.

    • Competency in analytical skills and troubleshooting to address client challenges and identify effective solutions.

    • Empathy, patience, and the ability to build trusting relationships with individuals facing health challenges.

    • Familiarity with HIV-related issues and community resources is an advantage.

    • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in social work, peer support, counseling, or related fields is beneficial.


  • Role Description

    This is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA. The Certificed Medical Assistant will be responsible for providing direct patient care, performing routine clinical and administrative tasks, managing medical records, and maintaining a clean and organized medical office environment. Additional responsibilities include scheduling appointments 


    Qualifications

    • CMA certification required

    • Experience managing Medical Records and performing administrative tasks

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Role Description

    This is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA. The Community Health Navigator will connect individuals to healthcare resources, conduct outreach efforts, and assist clients in navigating health-related systems. Key responsibilities include assessing client needs, providing guidance on available services, coordinating with healthcare providers, and advocating for improved community health outcomes. The role requires regular interaction with clients, community members, and healthcare professionals.


    Qualifications

    • Experience in community outreach, healthcare navigation, or social services

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trust and advocate for clients

    • Knowledge of healthcare systems, resources, and community programs

    • Strong organizational and time management skills

    • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations and multi-disciplinary teams

    • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in public health, social work, or a related field is preferred

  • Role Description

The Office Assistant will be responsible for managing clerical tasks, handling office communications, maintaining office supplies, and supporting administrative functions. Daily responsibilities include managing phone calls, organizing files, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring the smooth operation of office activities.
